Cell C for THEMSELVES

On 25th July 2018, I recieved a call from an Agent named Cynthia from Cell C billing Department. She called and spoke to my husband as he is the account holder. Cynthia Informed us that we are due money from Cell C as we have been overcharged. She said that she will call us back in two days to confirm the account on which the refund will be paid in, she gave me a reference.

Those two days have most certainly passed and we now in a new month! Tell date i received no call or correspondence. I called Cell C numerous times to get a hold of Cynthia from the billing department but to no avail, and the reference number she gave me is for something completely different so no other agent can help me.

Cell C is a complete nightmare, I thought this nightmare will stop once we decided not to renew our contact but it continues
