Cell C for no one

For the last few months I've been complaining being given different numbers to contact. I keep hearing how my incident will be escalated. No calls received. I complained on the website nothing. My contracts were renewed without my consent but it's okay for them as long as they keep receiving my money. Then I called for a sim swap and not only do I get charged but I get **** to. The follow up call gave me the \correct\" information. Then I call again and again only to find out the request was cancelled because they couldn't reach me. No calls received and the team leader says he'll escalate it. Escalate to what? You keep losing our complaints without resolution which is going to lead to you losing our business. You are not the most realiable network when it comes to signal, I'm always roaming but I never complain and pay on time. But note this - this was the last straw - come Monday if my sim swap isn't done and data carried over, I'm approaching the consumer protection commission and instituting legal action for issuing two twenty four month contacts without my consent and canceling your bad services."
