Cell C for life it seems - despite cancelling contract months ago.

My wife's Cell C original contract ended in January. Since then she has monthly tried to cancel the contract and move to prepaid. After the call in January she was told it was not captured correctly in February and on the 2nd of Feb she got an sms that the cancellation request was processed successfully with the contract terminating 30 March. Once again in March she realised it was not cancelled correctly and got the same sms with a 30 April effective date. Today on the 1st of May she was told it would take another month by the end of May before the contract will end - despite cancellng the contract in Jan! Beware if Cell C buys you out of a contract, because they know you will not get out of theirs...
