CELL C FOLLOWED THROUGH (BUT WOULD LIKE IT IN WRITING)
Hi to follow up with my review - Cell C came back to me and I dealt with a very nice gentleman called Kamotgelo. They promised to activate the 900 minutes for the duration of my contract which they duly did for Feb after listening to the call. I am happy about that - the only thing is that I did request for this to be put in writing so as to avoid doing this again and I have not received anything in writing to this effect. I would really appreciate it in writing. Otherwise great job

07 Feb 2023, 08:20Hi I would like it on record that the 900 any net minutes will be loaded monthly on my contract for the duration of my contract as per our conversation. Until 2025. Otherwise if there is a problem again next month I have no way to sort it out without going to social media. Could I get an email confirming this from someone so at least we can have this on record and we don't have to involve social media to sort it out? Also they have to dig out the recordings and start all over again each time. Kamotlego said he would put it in writing - the outcome of case *** - thank you!
