Cell C Flopps

So in less than 2 month I had one prank very unprofessional call from Cell C and was personally contracted with an apology. So although I had my doubts about them in good faith i took out a data sim in support of the cell C business financial issue. Oh yes Cell C is officially broke with loads of debt. So having a contract sim and a data sim it felt like the right thing to help. Problems began 15 day after i took out the data sim. So I have my contract sim that gets debited 1st of every month and has so for the last 12 months. This month both my contract and data sim got debited on the 15th. I called in to confirm and no one could advise on why the change. All those ****ty feeling about the network came back and i had to personally reverse the payment they made. Adding to this i had to be very calm and get the dates corrected. Since then Cell C has been debiting my account and since i have no cash in there its incurring costs. To add to this im getting messages of my account being in arrears on my mobile. I have never been in arrears. 3 months of absolute horror with 8 months left on my existing contract. Personally i would just like to end this nightmare and cancel it all together. It has been the most ****tiest 3 month on this network.
