Cell C -- Fixed LTE Connection Disappointing

I would like to complain about the Cell C fixed LTE product - I have had it for a few days and my speed is pathetic for an LTE connection. I get speeds of 1.8 Mpbs on average. sometimes it spikes to 2.5 Mbps... Overall a poor attempt from Cell C at LTE fixed Connection.
