Cell C fix my name on my paid up phone contracts accounts
I had two phone contracts accounts with cell c and settled them by the year of 2018 and they even send me paid up letters for them but even today when I check my credit score they say I owe them R68.00. I went to the store in Jubilee mall to inquire about it and they said my accounts are closed they don't even exist on their system when they punch my details on their system and when I call their head office they speak one thing and said only at their legal department can help me but when they supposed to transfer my call it goes from one person to another then rings for a long time and they never answer anymore. Cell C I want my name fixed on phone contracts accounts because I don't owe them anything, my accounts are settled
