Cell C finished contract showing in my profile

I am writing this review with a huge disappointment. I have long paid up my cellc contract, I have the paid up letter but it’s still showing in my profile with a balance of just over R6000 and it is having a huge negative impact. I finished paying last year July but I’m still listed as a bad payer because of them.
