CELL C F****ING UP MY CREDIT RECORD

I have paid up my cell c contract which ended last year in October but it seems they keep sending incorrect info to the credit bureau stipulating missed payments after I made sure to call the callcentre to cancel my contract (even after the contract had ended) where the agent advised Oct 2021 was my last debit order.

You guys have no regard whatsoever for your clients. I will never renew my contract or sign a new one with this company- I cannot apply for any credit anywhere because of their *********** administration and credit department. To make matters worse the contracts in the call centre to assist , they are forever offline!!!!!!!!!!!!
