CELL C FINANCIAL DEPARTMENT BAD SERVICE

<p>I paid off my cellphone contract last year 2016 But Cell C still claims i owe them, they debit my account every month, i became a regular caller to their call centre , they call to apologise every month but cases never gets solved nor any feedback on debit refunds. I am compelled to go to the bank and do debit desputes which create a bad profile on my credit, i am liable for all the charges of debit orders made by them and disputes but they dont care. I am now forced to change a bank cos they cannot stop themselves from debiting my bank from last year even thou i have a clearance letter from them. </p>
