Cell C Fibre...faceless!
Seems Cell C Fibre is just as inefficient...and *********** ! Been on their case for 9 days now trying to resolve their mess-up. And still no accountability from their Management . Have spent hours on my cell phone from another network trying to rectify...get told manager is unavailable .. will call back in an hour and never does.
We only app**** for ONE fibre line. You inadvertently allocated us two...and thus messed up the billing. Despite months of going to Cell C Pavilion and calling Cell CFibre, nobody could give us clear answers...so we would pay according to statement sent. And top up manually when told to.
Then you suspended the service. It took a trip to Cell C Pavilion to sit with a competent person who looked at our account to figure out the physical address and account tabs reflected two different addresses. As far as I know multiple contracts should be linked to one account. The gentleman confirmed our personal account reflected two contracts i.e a phone contract and a fibre contract . And then he looked at the Accounts tab...and lo and behold...another fibre account reflected.
I left with the promise this would be resolved by COB Monday. Many calls later yesterday ...still no resolution!
Cell C Pavilion who sold us the fibre contract now say Cell C Fibre is responsible . And they cannot intervene further . Cell C Fibre seems to hide behind a call centre...so every phone call means you repeat your whole story to a brand new consultant . In the last 24 hours ...have spoken to an array of consultants who are groomed to provide standard stock responses and no tangible assistance with the vague promise of someone in the background will assist.
One consultant was able to think outside the box...and looked deeper and was able to tell me my file was assigned to an administrator a week ago, who sat on it for a whole week and did absolutely nothing.
Incompetence in lower levels of an organization is a direct reflection on the Management of the organisation . The rot stems from the top ! And seeps to the bottom!
