Cell C Fibre WORST service thinkable

Cell C Fibre is one of the worst companies I have dealt with. They have cut my service due to "non-payment". I then tell them that I am actually paid ahead of schedule and that I should be reconnected......to no avail.

When I ask for a comprehensive recon of my account I get something completely laughable that shows about 14 adjustment with two payments reflecting. After I have sent them 6 months of proof of payment, they say I need to re-apply for the fibre service.... when I did NOTHING wrong and my account is actually in good standing.

You will be better off going to ANY other service provider.
