Cell C fibre worst service

I bought a CellC fibre Vumatel product on 3rd December. Now, its 13th Jan 2020, I haven't received any response from cell c guided person Khumbelo yet.

When I contact customer care through live chat, He explained that the installation will take 4 to 6 weeks, Is it..Why so long??..now its almost one month and 2 weeks, and when I first talk to your service provider he said it will take 3 to 4 weeks. I got my Passport and Visa less than this timeline. This is worst service I ever scene in my life where you don't care about your customers once you get your payment.

I trust CellC which is my big mistake, If it is not possible to provide service on time please return my money.
