Cell C fibre , what a f!@#$%^& joke

Cell C fibre , what a f!@#$%^& joke Had a 20/20 line , upgraded to a 50/50 line. some companies run of a 50/50 line we are a household with 3 people You would think you get a better fibre connection ? NOT! Send an email get told log a call Log a call they ask for a ref number , surely this should ALL be on the system????? nobody follows up , every time i call again i get asked to test the fibre really .................................... i have tested the fibre I'm telling You it doesn't work properly after 5pm there is no fibre connection - up then down up then down i paying R1000 a month - ADSL was R300 no issues Cell c fibre call center dont have a clue !
