Cell C Fibre thanks for nothing.

Thank you for cutting off my fibre during this lockdown period, after I have send you an email explaining my circumstances with the kids needing internet for homeschooling. They send me an email to let me know that it was send to accounts. Then today the line was cut. I now I can't pay right now, but have a heart, we are all in difficult circumstances. Other companies are offering 2 months free fibre (also vumatel lines) during this time. Only problem is I have to wait 10 to 15 days for installation.

I don't know what to do now.
