Cell C Fibre Terrible

As a first time user of cell c fiber i must say the service is horrible and sad. I was requested to sent my query to fiber support and its been 2 weeks no one has helped me or even given me a call.

I have called 3 times to escalate the matter to find out the outcome guess what all the consultant can say is we will give you a call the head office must give you a call. Been 2 weeek still no call never pay them first they dont care
