Cell C fibre technical support is pathetic.

Unacceptable service from cell C fibre. Unable to find fault with fibre connection now for 2 weeks, resulting in no service. Unable to contact anyone in charge, unable to speak to anyone who can actually resolve the problem. Worst service provider.
