Cell C Fibre Support

I’ve had great experience, however, from June 2022; Cell C Fibre changed my D/O date without my consent. I’ve called multiple times (for months) and yet no change. Today I was on the line, now the consultant says she does not see anything. I asked for a manager and she then dropped the line while I was on hold.
