Cell C fibre ... STAY FAR AWAY from these *****. Poor customer service

Fibre down since this morning, and everyone at Cell C (i called 15 times) doesn't have a clue what's going on. And ... I confirmed it's only Cell C clients. My neighbourhood on the same VUMATEL infrastructure, but only the Cell C clients are down. I run a business from home ... and a day was lost, with no ETA to when the issue will be resolved. I've contact Charles Majal to cancel this account, and everyday until the cancellation, I will post a bad review, as you guys absolutely suck worse than Eskom. When you tell a client you'll get back to him ... YOU DO SO. I would fire my people if they **** to my customers!
