Cell c Fibre - STAY AWAY!! Worst service levels I have ever come accross

Hi All,

My WIfi has been down for the last few weeks. Its been on and off for the last few months.

I have called and emailed countless times. I email the call center and escalations on a daily basis!!! I havent heard anything back from them in weeks. I don't plan on paying for this non-working product and atrocious service levels. This is a disgrace.

Please, can someone call me urgently to discuss this? AND CANCELLING.

Your ticketing system doesnt provide ref numbers. I will forward you every email I have sent.Pick up the phone and phone me. Get your management to stop hiding behind emails. A joke of a service provider.
