CELL C Fibre Service is DISGUSTING!

The fibre support service , accounts department service at CELL C is utterly disgusting they treat their small clients as if they were ****!!!! Firstly my account was not debited because of the below :

HOW HOW DOES THIS HAPPEN AND NOT EVEN ONE PERSON CALLS TO CHECK YOUR ACCOUNT IS THAT HOW SMALL CLIENTS ARE TREATED FOR A SERVICE DISGUSTING?????????

BECAUSE I'm an understanding customer I make payment and guess what they charge me double again after I had made payment !!!!!

The incompetence at CELL C is utterly disgusting honestly they provide the worse service!
