Cell C Fibre Price Increase
On 1 October 2020 we installed Fibre at our home and signed a 24 month contract with Cell C. On 6 June 2020 I was informed that Cell C will be increasing prices for fibre as from 1 July 2020. How can I have a price increase if I signed a 24 month contract,

Please note that in terms of your Subscriber Agreement, Cell C has the option of changing any of the Charges from time to time, by means of publishing an amended Tariff Plan and by informing you in writing.
These Charges include applicable connection fee, Subscription Fee, Usage Charges, SIM Card Fee, Goods Fee and any other Charge relating to the provision of Cell C's Services to the customer in terms of the Agreement.
