Cell C Fibre order
I have tried to find out where my order is... it was placed 5 working days ago (as this is what I was told it could take to approve my online application). Ive sent mails, called and live chatted but I havent recieved feedback. My order was supposed to be sent to the network provider to arrange installation by now... nothing yet. How can no one tell me what os going on with my order!

13 Feb 2019, 13:57I was called this morning, still by someone whom can’t give me the information i need. I was told that they would escalate it. I have been told this a few times now and still no information and my order is still not processed... why do I have to wait a week for my order to be processed!? Can someone with the correct authority call me!!
