Cell C Fibre - no service

been communicating with LESLIE GOVIDAN / C-FIBRE AREA MANAGER regarding a moving line. Cell C do not have fibre in my new area and are requesting me to pay 6k in cancellation fees due to them not being able to provide me with Fibre.

I have sent a number of emails to Leslie and there is no responce. The last is as per below: i Clarke,

Your cancellation has been processed and will be effective from 30 April 2019 midnight, I am not sure if you are aware of the cancellation fees, there is a claw back which states that if you cancel within 24 months you will be billed pro-rata for the wifi router – R1700, installation fee – R2000 and connection fee – R1000 which adds up to R4 700, if we divide this by 24 months you will get R195, you was connected in January as per system which means you would have paid a total of R783,33 towards your cancellation fee which leaves you with a total of R3 916,67 left to pay.

Our head office will send you a formal statement with these cost and the break down.
