Cell C Fibre no connection

Guys, what is going on? I have fibre with Cell C. Connection dropped 48 hours ago. After multiple calls, and blame being out on Octotel, I finally got a call from Laverne (spelling??). He is a legend, and one of a kind in Cell C. Called me back at the appointed time and all was sorted. Then the wheels came off. Connection dropped again about an hour later, and the support line is unavailable! Where are you guys? Hello???!!!! I am truly tired of this now, I want my internet back. Laverne, please phone us, you are the nugget of gold in that pile at Cell C.
