Cell C Fibre move order mess
Moved from one address to another. Phoned Cell C to request a move order. Apparently it takes 4 to 6 weeks to complete a move order. It is ridiculous, NO other fibre company takes that long to do it. Also, fibre and fibre converter box is already installed in new place so all that needs to be done is the setup... so why do I have to wait 4 to 6 weeks? Also Cell C requests Frogfoot to do an install, WHY? Everything is already installed!!! I’ve spoken to your call centre agents numerous times, I’ve even sent you photos of all the serial numbers of the fibre box etc. When is this going to be sorted? Also why do I get a “ticket closed” email when the problem HAS NOT BEEN RESOLVED???

12 Oct 2020, 17:41After you asked me to reply with my ID nr I have still not heard anything from you. It has been 4 weeks since I requested the move order. I still have not heard anything from anyone. If I do not have working internet BEFORE the end of October I will take this matter to the ombudsman and then you can also consider this contract cancelled. I’m tired of paying for a service I can not use. I stated in my initial email communication with your support team that it was urgent and that I needed internet in order to work... it has now been 4 weeks, you have cost me a bunch of money that I had to pay for prepaid internet so that I can participate in zoom meetings etc.
