cell c fibre is the worst dont use them as a isp

Ive been with Cell c fibre for 11 months now i recently did some research on what should fibre internet ping be. i also asked some people in my area and also on our local facebook community page for screenshots of their fibre test speeds out of the many replies all of their test came back with a ping of 10ms and less. where as my ping is at 35ms and above that is far off fibre standards. ive been on email and telephone calls with a guy called Rehan ive sent him test results as he requested and i also sent him pics of people in my area that has fibre installed. today 02/07/19 he gets back to me and tells me that the problem was resolved and i told him on the phone that this is not the 1st time ive been told that. i get today do the all the speed and ping test just to find out that my ping is still the same 35ms and above. before fibre i had adsl internet and my ping was just above 22ms which is in adsl standards and i was completely happy but now i have fibre installed thinking im going to get the best experience i can get just to be disappointed by Cell c. wish i went with a different isp.
