Cell C Fibre is pathetic.

Cell C Fibre Worst service provider I have ever dealt with. Pathetic customer service who respond only once you write a scathing email threatening to not pay. Internet has been down a week yet they say all is fine on their side, however once the ONT providers says all is well on their side, suddenly Cell C state they have been having issues with their routers. Laughable as they did not inform me when I initially complain. Furthermore they are not processing my cancellation request. Id honestly pay double the cost to another ISP than having to deal with this incompetence.
