Cell C Fibre is a SHAM!

Cell C just doesn't have the capacity to compete with the big boys. The worst thing I could have done is tie my Fibre needs to a company which is nothing other than an ambush marketing pirate. Not only is their service nothing like the capacity you buy, and they throttle left right and centre. My fibre has been down for days now and despite having a reference number they have simply refused to attend to my problem. How is Cell C World Class?
