Cell C Fibre Internet Service Provider - 4 Months into Contract and Still No Router or TV Decoder. ***** with Non-Existent Service

Foolishly I renewed my 2 year Contract with Cell C as my Fibre Internet Service Provider. I have made numerous attempts at having a New Router and Black Box Decoder which came as part of the contract delivered and installed. This has gone on for over 4 Months. I have lodged countless support tickets. Spoken to many agents who Always Promise to deliver within a day. To date they have reneged on every single promise. They are however very eager to deduct their service fee every month.

DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT CONSIDERING CELL C AS YOUR INTERNET SERVICE PROVIDER! WARNING! THEY ARE ***** AND THEIR SUPPORT NON EXISTENT !
