Cell C Fibre Horrible Support

I recently relocated and currently am on cell c contract for fiber, I informed Cell of the relocation and they proceeded to log a ticket with Vuma to come and install the CPE box at my new residency (which also took time)after the fitment of the CPE box, I asked Cell C to activate from their side for us to start using the internet,I called Cell C and asked them to do the next step, the cell c Agent said the system was giving problems for him to provide me a ticket reference,he then gave me the reference for the call ********** ********** 96,when I called after a day to check on the progress of the ticket (since I never got one )I was told there is no ticket logged what I have is phone call refrence, I had to log another ticket,this is not my problem by the way.

The new ticket was escalated to critical last week Wednesday, we made numerous calls for feedback with no proper answer than just to be told we have escalated your case. Sunday a guy from the technical department called and informed me that he is not picking up the installation from his side, which meant we had to escalate to Vuma tel to provide an FSAN Number for Cell C, honestly until now am still trying to get internet all am told is stories back and forth turnaround times back and forth irregardless of the fact that we have already paid for the month but there is no urgency.

When you request to speak to someone in the back office you are told "they are not allowed to received calls" All I am requesting for is someone to call me and tell me its activated not to tell me they have escalated my case to "Critical" for a week, this even gives a new meaning to the term critical.
