Cell C Fibre - heartless!

The service to cancel a contract of a deceased has just been a sad, horrifying experience—no empathy or help from Cell C fibre. I will really do no more business with Cell C! for two and a half months now getting the same response - I quote.

"Kindly note your query is still in progress. We will keep you updated until your query is resolved. We sincerely do apologize for the delay in resolving your query."

NO timelines are given, plus the fibre to the home has just been stopped, so there is no internet for students that lives in the house to study - they have received no invoice for more than a year from Cell C - No claim was made to the late estate. Now no action is taken actually to cancel the line.

I sincerely hope there are more cancellations at Cell C for the tackless way they handle very delicate situations.
