Cell C fibre- down and no answers

Fibre. Called call centre, response was problem is with my fibre box. Next call fibre down in suburb. Cell C blame Vumatel and then call me back to say Vumatel need access to my property. Have been at home and no service Cell C or Vumatel. Very sad that call centre operators are give false information.
