Cell c fibre: don’t ever use them! Worst possible service ! Useless!

Cell C fibre. The most useless , incapable and again useless customer Service. My line got cancelled by mistake even if my payments are up to date. They don’t seem to have any control of what is happening with their fiber providers (in my case Metrofibre) and had to be on the phone for three days between cell c and Metrofibre and my issue is still not resolved. They promise to call you back and they never do! Never ever use them!!
