Cell C Fibre ******

I have published a review on Cell C Fibre before. They installed in November 2016. I bought a 'month-to-month contract'. They gave me now service at all when I struggled the 1st 3 months. Eventually when I escalated they sent a technician in mid-January 2017, who drove away with my sim card. By early February, I hadnt received any response on my service nor my sim card. I gave them notice and paid them until end of March 2017. I have been handed over, and there is a black mark on my credit record still today, for R3,400-odd, which they will never see because they have nbever explained why I owe them money on a 'month-to-month contract'.
