Cell C Fibre Committing unauthorized debit order *****

Signed up for Cell C Fibre online as they had a fantastic offer on Frogfoot ( I did my homework and price comparisons with various ISPs)

During the initial sign up phase, they requested credit card information for the initial upfront payment for them to install the fibre, which was fine.

They are now *******ly running debit orders on my credit card, without my consent. I have repeatedly ask them to remove my credit card information from their system, to which they refuse. According to their OWN Terms and Conditions, we are able to pay monthly via EFT, which is what I want to do. They are refusing to do this and insisting on giving banking details, to run debit orders on the account.

Be very wary if you're going to use Cell C as an Fibre ISP
