Cell c fibre

My cellc fibre has been down all day. I phoned this afternoon and was told it is vumatel. However no error on vumatel. I phoned cell c after 5 again and was thsn advised there is a error on certain connections but they cannot say when cell c will fix this. Am still without internet!! Do i get discount from cell c as i have uncapped but no service and no clear indication oe communnication on when this willbe resolved
