Cell c fibre cancellation issues

Endless issues trying to cancel my fibre line. In writing agreed to cancel on 12 November from cell c and the line is still mot cancelled..the customer service is pathetic and I speed.hours on hold and waiting for them not to do anything but same old speech. No feedback on their emails either but they can send me a legal letter and bill me for a full month and not pro rota.
