Cell C fibre

I am paying so much money for fibre at our home and it goes off almost weekly. I need to phone in numerous times a week and spend money on airtime. Feels like they are switching it off just to make more money on airtime!!! With working from home a person do not need so much problems with fibre. I will not recommend Cell C as a service provider to anyone. Our fibre has been off for 3 days now without any resolution.
