Cell C Fibre

I have had a cell C fibre contract for about 2.5 years and generally it was good. then in July 2023 I started getting outages which Cell C did not resolve. For the last six days they have not been able to restore my internet, they send Metrofibre at least 4 times who have replaced the fibre and router box, checked the line, they say all is working but still no service. Call centres are there so you cannot really complain.
