Cell C fibre billing

I had a Fibre contract which I cancelled with Cell C in June/July 2021. Contract was cancelled and there was no outstanding amount. All of a sudden in August 2022 I am getting calls from a debt collector called SSDA, saying I have been handed over for an amount of R200+. If I owed money (which I doubt) why has cell c not contacted me for over 1 year? I called (since 1 September) Cell c fibre and they cannot provide proof that I owe. on 14 September I called and they said I do not owe and will send me a paid-up letter that I should send to SSDA. Today 15 September, I get an email from Cell see saying I have been owing since August 2021 and should settle it with SSDA. What is going on here? Can Cell C send me the invoice that shows how much I owe and why?
