Cell C fibre at the home

Shocking service from support team at Cell C fibre. Since Wednesday 9th March 2022 NO wifi connection. Called support agent at 8am and agent established that the router was not working. Red light stays on. Did all the tests of switching off everything, taking out cables and putting it directly in the fibre box. There was connection but not through the router. Even reset router but red light stays on. They sent an email that they are waiting for Vumatel’s technicians. Vumatel came to my house twice: Sunday and the following Wednesday. Everything worked on Vumatel’s side. In the meantime I called Cell C twice everyday since Wednesday the 9th and spent hours on the phone, again testing the cables and router. On Thursday Lorraine Ntombela sent me an email to confirm that the technicians have my details and delivery address for the new router. Today I emailed Lorraine 3x times and no reply from her. I also tried to call today and nobody answered the phones at support. I dropped 3 x calls after 6min. while listening to music. I do not know if Cell C support employees do not work on Fridays????? This is now day 10 without WiFi and no service from the support team. In the meantime they take my debit order monthly without any doubt and I sit without WiFi connection. Everybody at support are just ignoring me especially Lorraine Ntombela. The other agents at support which I spoke to were: Gosmastor, Notuthuko, Lorraine, Pretty, Khnyi, Lorraine, Zinhle, Sabelo, Lorraine again x3. When I spoke to Khnyi on Sunday (13th) she confirmed that a new router would be delivered on Monday the 14th. Today is Friday the 18th. I really do not know what to do!!!!
