Cell c Fibre are idiots

Fibre has been off for a week. I have been phoning them 5x a day everyday, with no joy, they keep "sending enquiry to management" when they all go through the same motions, with the same results. SUPRISE.... like no one tries anything new. Finally got through to a manager this afternoon, who blamed the Fibre supplier, the entire city has the same Fibre provider and the only people affected are cell c customers, plus the Fibre box is working and we phoned them, Fibre is fine.... Which I knew.... It's cell c.... Again. Our Fibre has always been terrible, but a week with no signal??? The manager guaranteed to call me back..... Definitely today..... With answers.... Well the internet still off and no call. No surprise. This company should be closed. They definitely ***** money.... But all the staff members are "sorry and understand my frustration", just can't actually do their jobs...
