<p>It's a pity that one can't give a negative score on these platforms. Cell C Fibre are a bunch of ** who owe me money and haven't bothered to pay me back. They overbilled my account for C-Fibre and I queried it to no avail. I eventually had to cancel my account due to their non response. When I cancelled my account, I was told that I'd be reimbursed. It's been 2 months of me tweeting, mailing and calling and no one has even bothered to get back to me. Now I understand why that gentleman bought a billboard and put it in that busy intersection.</p>
