Cell C Fibre
Cell C fibre is horrible!! I are trying to cancel and in our contract it states that I pay my account in advance, now they telling me that's not true, and I started my account in the 5th month of 2019 and its been almost 2 years, we have 3 months left on the contract and now they telling me I must pay clawback fee till the 7 month. I have been calling and they just tell me to email them. I have been email them and all they do is repeat the same thing they not fixing anything' and now my emails don't go through ANYMORE.
This is ridiculous now I must pay for a month that my contract states I have paid in advance....
