Cell C fibre

I’ve been using Cell C for my home fibre for the last 5 years. Last year I suddenly had no internet. Normally when this happens, I notify support to fix the problem. However, after back and forth for a few days and after openserve stated the Cell C is in arrears, I stopped their services and got connected via Afrihost, quickly and seamlessly. At the end of November 2023, I again received a full bill from Cell C. I thought that it would be at least for a half month. I then reversed the stop order. Cell C contacted me and said that there was supposed to be a month notice and they must charge me for both November and December. In December the amount when off double. I then thought it was sorted. However, they charged me again in January 2024. I reversed the debit order for January, and then in February the debit order was doubled. Would it at all be possible to get rid of theses people?

Yes, I could not find a dedicated mail box and therefore I wrote to the customer service email. In November 2023 and again on 3 December 2023. Also when I changed to another service provider. They said it’s impossible for two service providers to make use of the same fibre line. There must also be a recording on your system where I put up a fight not to pay 2 instalments in December and again in January. There are plenty of instances where I made it clear that I’ve cancelled my subscription. It is also unfair that Cell C stopped my data early in early November without any notice. They left me stranded and I had to hastily make a plan, and still kept on paying, for the whole of 2023.
