Cell C Fibre

The router for my fibre was ******, due to the hogh cost of replacing it, I opted to cancel the contract and still be liable to the month notice payment. Now the new supply want to come install the the fibre connection and I am told Cell C will only release the line on end 01 November. I clearly stated that it was stole what am I expected to do on the mean time. It's not like I am using it right now, Cell C is not willing to assist even if I offer to pay in advance for the notice month. Cell c has no consideration for its clients, even offered a police statement to show that I am not in position of the router and them not releasing the line will just leave me without access to fibre which I will still be paying for.
