CELL C Fibre

CFibre some of the worst service iv ever had from a ISP. On the 13 December at around 22h00 our fibre went down in krugersdorp area sent a email the following day to the cfibre support, they eventually rep**** saying it is a fibre break and the technicians are busy resolving, by Monday the 16th December still no service and they say "unable to give a ETR as to when it will be fixed. 17th December they reply saying ETR will be Wednesday 18th by 12pm, 12pm came and went no service yet... Get a call from one of the support guys asking for router ID's apparently giving it to the technician at the exchange, still no services up, then get told we will be called in the morning 19th around 9 to rectify the problem, by 12 pm still no call, eventually get a call and all the guy can say is they busy with it, we then ask will we be refunded/discounted for the nearly 6 days of no service for a service we are paying for and not receiving, to which he responded we don't give refunds or discounts for services being down. We are currently on the 21st of December saying it would be rectified by 13h00 but still no service. This is terrible service, I myself work in the telecommunications industry and deal with fibre breaks from isp's weekly and normally turn around time for a fibre break seldomly exceeds 48h.

Dispite numerous promises that services have been restored and we will definitely be up and running by the 27th still no service still no technical support been around to the house to chech where the issue may be. This is beyond unacceptable. It's been off since the 13th December we are now on the 27th December. Every email we get says "thank you for your patience".
I'm am out of patience with this issue the one technician says whoever spliced the Fibre spliced it into cross connections? Clearly the person who did this has no idea what they are doing, yet us as the client have to just "be patient" and just sit back and wait for a service we paid for! It has cost us a lot of money to keep our online business going on mobile data.
