Cell C Fibre

Recently it took 3 days to restore service but, unfortunately, the fibre internet service doesn’t allow access to all websites such as Takealot and many others, nor pictures in emails, nor does it allow me to update apps on my phone.

I reported this issue 4 days ago but have not had any feedback at all nor resolution of the problem. Every time I call I am promised that someone will ring me back or contact me but no one ever does.
