Cell c fibre
I have tha absolute worst experience with cell c fibre. They came to install fibre in my house 5 weeks ago and I have not had a single day of working internet!!! To make it worse they were very happy to take my money before it was even working. I have emailed, sms, phoned daily and I have kept all of it as proof and still the response is we working on the problem 5 weeks later. All I want is to cancel my contract and get my money back but do you think that’s even a possibility? I have had technicians out here, I have even had their bosses on the phone and still nothing!!!
